I understand that you probably don't sell a home every week and that the process may be somewhat unfamiliar to you. You may also think that all Realtors are alike. They are not. I have sold hundreds of homes and recognize the importance of helping you feel comfortable with the process and how we'll work together as a team to get your home sold. This is why the home consultation is so important.
After our initial phone conversation, I'll deliver an information package to you which will contain, among other things, a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that will compare your home with similar properties that have sold or are currently on the market (ie. Your home's competition). This is only the raw data and will need professional interpretation and analysis based on the current market conditions. This professional perspective will be provided when we meet personally to discuss the specifics of your particular home. We'll walk through the home and discuss the positives of your home and maybe suggest ways to properly stage your home to make the best impression when it hits the market. My experience and expertise is so important to you at this stage.
I will also discuss my proactive marketing program, communication, follow up and any other questions you may have about how I work to get your home sold.
