About Jolene
"People usually are the happiest at home." – William Shakespeare
True rewards come from a sense of pride, and the sense of contentment that comes from a job well done.
Jolene was raised to set high goals and to always do what she knew in her heart was right. Throughout her life she’s followed this path with perseverance, and has proven to be dependable, honest and hardworking. Jolene’s passion begins at home with her husband Kirk and her 3 children; Tierney (age 15), MacKenzie (age 13) and a new addition Aaron (age 2 1/2). Jolene’s positive attitude, vibrant personality, and love of family are the trademarks that make her… “The Right Realtor for Your Family”.
Buying or selling a home is one of the more significant events in family life. You need a family-oriented realtor who understands the real estate market and the needs of your family. As one of the few realtors with school aged children, Jolene is in touch with the unique needs of families. Building on a foundation of family values, Jolene combines a business and technology focused bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, real estate experience, marketing creativity, and the professional resources of the largest brokerage in the Tompkins County area to provide for all your real estate needs.
Jolene will help make sure you are prepared for each step in the process and have the information you need to make the right choices for your family. For buyers, this means owning a wonderful home and, for sellers, this means realizing their home’s inherent value.
Owning businesses has made Jolene acutely aware of the importance of customer satisfaction, integrity, and professionalism. Jolene returned to the Ithaca area in 1988. Her knowledge of the entire community brings great benefits to her clients. Jolene loves hiking the many trails around the Tompkins County area, volunteering in the local schools, photography, reading just about anything non-fiction and the desire to someday travel the world. Jolene’s two daughters attend the Ithaca City Schools. Her son will someday share the spot light in the Ithaca City School system.
